The knitted panels of the dress wrap around and take the form of the body. It is an abstract interpretation of the snakes of Tinos. The placement of the panels and their proportions mimic the ability of the snake to wrap around any object taking its form.
Each panel of the garment is knitted in the recycled silks and cottons used throughout the collection, and the colour combination of this particular piece embodies the famous Verde green marble of Tinos. The black stripes that run through the panels are metaphors to the fractures found in the quarries that separate the marble.
